4. Content Submission Guidelines

4.1 Portfolio Submissions

When submitting your portfolio to BestPortfolio.in, you agree that:

You own the rights to all content in your portfolio or have obtained necessary permissions
Your portfolio does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
The portfolio URL you submit is your own work and actively maintained
All information provided (name, LinkedIn profile, company details) is accurate
Your portfolio adheres to professional standards and does not contain offensive material

4.2 Review Process

All portfolio submissions are subject to review by our team. We typically review submissions within 24-48 hours. We reserve the right to:

Approve or reject any submission at our sole discretion
Request modifications before approval
Remove approved portfolios that later violate these Terms
Feature exceptional portfolios on our homepage or in promotional materials

4.3 Content Standards

All submitted content must:

Be relevant to design, UX/UI, or product design
Demonstrate professional quality work
Not contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful elements
Not contain misleading or fraudulent information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your portfolio and the work displayed within it. By submitting your portfolio to BestPortfolio.in, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Display your portfolio on our Platform
Create thumbnails and previews of your work
Share your portfolio on social media for promotional purposes
Include your portfolio in newsletters, blog posts, or case studies
Use your portfolio as an example of work featured on our Platform

This license continues until you remove your portfolio from the Platform or request its removal.

5.2 Our Platform

BestPortfolio.in and its original content, features, functionality, and design are owned by BestPortfolio.in and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without our express written permission.

5.3 Trademark Policy

BestPortfolio.in, our logos, and any other product or service names or slogans displayed on the Platform are trademarks of BestPortfolio.in and may not be used without permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Submitting portfolios that you do not own or have permission to display
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Impersonating another person or entity
Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
Posting offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other user accounts
Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's operation
Collecting user information without consent
Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Using the Platform for commercial spam or unsolicited advertising
Uploading viruses, malware, or malicious code
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code from the Platform

7. Content Moderation and Removal

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, and moderate all content submitted to the Platform. We may remove or refuse to display any content that:

Violates intellectual property rights
Contains inappropriate or offensive material
Does not meet our quality standards
Receives complaints from other users or third parties

We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not endorse any opinions expressed by users. Removal of content does not waive any other remedies we may have under these Terms or applicable law.

8. Account Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@techarion.com. Upon termination, your portfolio will be removed from the Platform within 48 hours.

8.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Prolonged inactivity
Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
Unexpected technical issues or security concerns

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BESTPORTFOLIO.IN, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Any damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform
Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform
Any content obtained from the Platform
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BestPortfolio.in, its parent company, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your use or misuse of the Platform
Your violation of any rights of another party, including intellectual property rights
Your content or portfolio submissions
Any false or misleading information you provide
Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Platform may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12.3 Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will:

Additional Information

Severability

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and BestPortfolio.in concerning the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice to you.
